• Once the registration fee is paid, it cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, regardless of the outcome of the counselling sessions or any other factors.

• By registering for our services, you acknowledge and agree that the registration fee is for the administrative costs associated with processing your registration and scheduling counselling sessions.
